To connect your Max & Max Adventure Smartwatch, you can download the Da Fit application on your Android or IOS device and scan the QR code. This will allow you to easily connect your watch and access all of its features. or Connect it with the Bluetooth "MAX-W05".

To enable calling and music connection, access the smartwatch settings and ensure that the "Phone: on" and "Audio Bluetooth" options are turned on.

Q: What to do if I can't get it to connect to my phone?

If you’re having trouble connecting your watch to your phone or if it keeps getting disconnected, here are some things you can try:

  1. Make sure that the watch is within 8-10 meters of your phone. If it’s too far away, it may cause disconnection issues. You can try binding the watch to the app again.
  2. If the Da Fit app can’t detect the watch, try restarting your phone and resetting the watch. To reset the watch, turn it on and click the “Settings” icon and then “Reset.” Then try again.
  3. If you still can’t connect the watch, try uninstalling the Da Fit app and deleting “MAX-W05” from the Bluetooth-paired list on your phone. Then reinstall the Da Fit Pro app and try again.

If you’re having trouble receiving call/text messages/SMS notifications on your watch, here are some things you can try:

For iPhone:

  1. Make sure that Bluetooth is connected. Go to your phone settings and then Bluetooth and check if there is a blue signal “!” after the Bluetooth device name. If not, re-bind the device and click “OK” to proceed.
  2. Make sure your phone allows the Da FIt app to send notifications. Go to your phone settings and then find the “Da Fit” app and switch on “Notifications.”
  3. Make sure you have turned on “Push Notifications” on the Da Fit app.
  4. If you still can’t receive any notifications, try uninstalling the Da FIt app and deleting “MAX-W05” from the Bluetooth-paired list on your phone. Then reinstall the Da Fit app and try again.

For Android:

  1. Make sure the Da Fit app is running in the background. Go to your phone settings and then Apps and find the “Da Fit” app and launch settings and switch on “Run in background.”
  2. Make sure your phone allows the Da Fit app to send notifications. Go to your phone settings and then Apps and find the “Da Fit” app and switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions.”
  3. Make sure you have turned on “Push Notifications” on the Da Fit app.
  4. If you still can’t receive any notifications, try uninstalling the Da Fit app and deleting “MAX-W05” from the Bluetooth-paired list on your phone. Then reinstall the Da Fit app and try again.
