Currently, we offer shipping throughout Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges may apply).

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, we will work with our logistics partner to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery attempts if the initial delivery failed due to customer-related reasons.

If you receive damaged items or find any items missing from your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
