The 40' Standard Premium Refurbished Storage Container features the standard height of 8.6' and the highest-quality used structure XCaliber offers to ensure stored items are kept secure from the elements. These units also received a lock box for added security. Upon arrival to one of XCaliber's main production facilities, used units are graded and those who meet the Premium Refurbished standard are then selected to undergo the 10-point inspection and repair process. During this process, any visible rust is grinded off and primed, doors are worked to ensure proper function, leak testing is performed, and the unit receives new interior and exterior paint. 

It is important to note that some Premium Refurbished Storage Containers may include small, minor patches on the container’s roof or walls as the result of repair work completed during the 10-point inspection and repair process.
